My name is BART BARON and I am running to represent you in The U. S. Senate.

I CARE…that we must leave a legacy to our children and grandchildren that the quality of their lives will be equal or better than ours. 

I CARE…that our public education system is failing to produce the trained and talented individuals that we need to enable us to compete in the global economy of the 21st century.

I CARE…that our current health care system is out of control, from a cost and coverage basis, and is dysfunctional.  Action must be taken to revamp the entire system to provide an acceptable level of coverage for all Americans at a reasonable cost.

I CARE…that we must protect the environment in a reasonable and prudent manner that listens to concerns and takes appropriate action in the best interest of all parties.

I CARE…that we must reduce the cost of entitlements and pay down the debt.

I CARE…that we must rebuild and strengthen the military to function in a changing world.  Military pay must be made competitive.

I CARE…that our current system of taxation is incomprehensible and in need of major surgery. (We should consider…Flat tax, Fair Tax, National Sales Tax, a Combination?)

I CARE…that we must strengthen Social Security and Medicare and stop using the trust fund to balance the budget.

I CARE…about the preservation of unabridged second amendment rights.

I CARE…about the sanctity of human life before birth and at the end of our journey.
